Refund Policy
Most importantly I want you to do everything to satisfy the customer's need.
Please note that most of the my artwork proposed on the e-shop are part of Limited Editions and each item is numbered and certified. The artwork are sealed according to their edition number and in case of cancellation of an order, it has to be done as soon as possible. If the material has been already shipped, there is no possibility to stop the delivery process.

Since these types of orders are processed, sometimes printed (if not already available), packed and shipped from my studio, there is generally a small time gap in which I can still avoid to ship the material and cancel your order. In case I have already booked and pre-paid the transport and I wait for the transporter to pick up the good, I can still cancel the order but the already paid transport charge will be deducted from the refundable amount. The way to refund the paid money will be agreed between me and the customer once verified the fastest refund method. I will return your purchase amount, less a “10% Restocking Fee”. Any applicable taxes you will be credited to your purchasing credit card or payment method can not be considered part of the refundable amount.
